Her children sold the property and went abroad after her husband died.
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 31st January, 2019) The video of an 80-year-old woman abandoned by her rich children is going viral on social media.
In the video, the poor woman, named Mumtaz Begum, said that she used to live in Faisalabad and had a house there but was later transferred from to Islamabad.
She recalled how her children sold the property and went abroad after her husband died.
She said that it’s been 40 years since their father died.
She got her children educated and turned them into doctor and engineer but they never cared for her and moved her out of the house.
Her sons Tauqeer, Tauseef and Naveed never came back to her. She has not even seen her grandchildren. Even her grandchildren are married now.
They had a big house on GT Road which her children sold to go abroad soon after their father’s death.
One of her sons is in Saudi Arabia, the other is in Canada while the daughter lives in Saidpur. Her daughter’s husband is at a good post in the post office but her mother-in-law does not let her meet her mother.
The person who made the video urged her children to come back to their mother.
