Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 30th January, 2019) Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Mehar Kashif was targeted in Gujranwala on Wednesday.
The PML-Q leader was injured in the attack. His security guard has been killed in the attack.
Reports further said that some unidentified persons entered his house and opened fire at him.
The PML-Q leader was shifted to hospital in an injured condition.
Media reports said that Mehar Kashif is in a critical condition. Doctors said that he received five bullets. One bullet hit his head as well.
Reports said that Kashif Mehar got released from jail two years ago in the murder charges of party president Khalid Humayun.
He had recently left the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to join the PML-Q.
