The Ukrainian Supreme Court has scheduled hearing of the appeal of RIA Novosti Ukraine web portal head Kirill Vyshinsky on his arbitrary arrest for March 20 and allowed the defendant to be personally present at the hearing in Kiev, attorney Andriy Domansky told Sputnik Friday
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 25th January, 2019) The Ukrainian Supreme Court has scheduled hearing of the appeal of RIA Novosti Ukraine web portal head Kirill Vyshinsky on his arbitrary arrest for March 20 and allowed the defendant to be personally present at the hearing in Kiev, attorney Andriy Domansky told Sputnik Friday.
"They have satisfied [the request] to transfer Kirill to the Supreme Court to attend the hearing. The hearing is scheduled for March 20," the attorney said.
