Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 22nd January, 2019) With Pakistan Post taking steps to revive itself, public trust is increasing in the national postal service to deliver their parcels.
German Ambassador to Pakistan Martin Kobler, expressing trust in Pakistan Post, has delivered his parcel to Berlin via Pakistan Post.
In his recent tweet, the German envoy said it is great to hear that Pakistan Post has become reliable and delivers fast now.
Trusting the service, Kobler sent a small gift to his family in Berlin. He thanked State Minister of Communications Murad Saeed for the service and friendly staff at the post office.

The Pakistan Post recently launched the export parcel service `EMS Plus' for small traders to deliver their consignments in foreign countries within 72 hours at minimum rates.
Pakistan Post is providing postal services in country through a network of around 13,000 post offices. It is providing delivery services to about 20 million households and businesses as community service.
With changing communications market, Pakistan Post is all set to initiate e-commerce and financial services. Pakistan Post has taken number of initiatives during 2018, besides performing its core business of delivery of mail and remittance of money.
An action plan for the implementation of the agenda has also been finalized. Major reforms would be introduced in the department this year.
Pakistan Post endeavors to establish public-private partnership for the upgradation agenda. Postal reform-agenda envisages re-branding of all post offices, Pakistan Post logistic companies initiatives and mobile money solution.
Pakistan Post has the capacity and commitment to deliver for online vendors for their cash on delivery products with proof of delivery and prompt reconciliation of their payments.
Pakistan Post is also targeting the parcel export market which is catered to by local and international private couriers at very high rates.
