MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd January, 2019) Russian state arms exporter Rosoboronexport said Tuesday that 2019 should be announced the Year of Africa for the Russian defense cooperation system.
"The year of 2019, when a number of important projects with the states of the African continent are expected to be realized, should become the Year of Africa for Russia's defense cooperation system," the company said in a statement.
