Consumers Must Follow Safety Instructions In Rainy Season: FESCO

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has directed the electricity consumers to follow the instructions, issued by FESCO, to save themselves from any mishap during the rainy season

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jan, 2019 ) :Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has directed the electricity consumers to follow the instructions, issued by FESCO, to save themselves from any mishap during the rainy season.

According to a FESCO spokesman, consumers should not use metallic wire to dry their cloths; they should use three-pin plugs for iron, washing machines, refrigerators, water-pumps and other electricity gadgets, and the house wiring should properly be earthed.

Any fault in electricity wiring should be immediately removed, added the spokesman.

In addition, dry cloth, blanket, wood piece and rubber sole shoe should be used while ironing clothes and electricity switch, wire and gadgets should not be touched in case of wet hands, cloths or shoe.
