According to the minister, the implementation of the UN Security Council Resolution 2254, which sets the stage for the normalization of the situation in the war-torn country, takes a very long time, while there are ample possibilities for its expedient implementation.
"There are all possibilities to overcome obstacles, which, in our opinion, are not significant," Shoigu emphasized.
