Anti-Terrorist Court Abbottabad Fixes Jan 28 For Hearing Into Ambreen Murder Case

Anti-Terrorist Court Abbottabad on Friday completed preliminary hearing into Ambreen murder case on Friday and fixed January 28, 2019 for the next hearing of the case
On May 2,2016, Ambreen was burnt alive in a van close to her house in Makol village near Donga Gali in Abbottabad district.
Police also arrested 14 people in the murder case of Ambreen and registered an FIR against them under the anti-terrorism act.
People of the area and human right activists were demanding to run the case on a regular basis which was delayed more than a year and the accused were in jail on judicial remand.
After the preliminary hearing, the ATC framed charges on 14 accused on July 25,2017.
After passing two and a half year of Ambreen murder case, the preliminary hearing in to the case has been completed.
