BELGRADE (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 17th January, 2019) Russian President Vladimir Putin, upon his arrival in Belgrade on Thursday, gave a ride to Serbian leader Aleksandar Vucic on his Russian Aurus limousine.Vucic met Putin at the stairs of the latter's airplane right after the aircraft landed at the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport. The two leaders shook hands, after which the Russian president invited his counterpart into the car before they drove to the Liberators of Belgrade Memorial.
Putin switched to the Russian-made Aurus Senat limousine as his official mode of transpiration last year. The name of brand is a portmanteau of the words "aurum" (a Latin word for "gold") and "Russia." Putin became the first owner of this car, which was used during his inauguration ceremony in May. The vehicles are expected to be available for sale to the general public from the first quarter of 2019.
