Peoples Colony Attock Has Been Declared As Commercial

Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) on the directives of Advisor to Prime Minister on Climate Change Malik Aslam which he had given during an open Kutchery in Attock, has notified it's Land Rules by which the classification map of Area Development Scheme Attock has been prepared

ATTOCK, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Jan, 2019 ) :Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) on the directives of Advisor to Prime Minister on Climate Change Malik Aslam which he had given during an open Kutchery in Attock, has notified it's Land Rules by which the classification map of Area Development Scheme Attock has been prepared .

According to Land Rules a 40 feet wide road and 30 feet wide service road of area development scheme (People Colony) Attock has been declared as commercial and the residents of these roads can get commercialised their plots facing on the said roads .

Now as per PHATA land rules the allottees will be facilitated accordingly and the concerned officials have been informed about the decision.

It is worth mentioning that this was a decades long demand of the residents which has finally been met by the keen interest of Advisor to Prime Minister on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam.

The residents which include Syed Inam Kazmi and others have thanked Malik Amin Aslam and PHATA authorities for this decision.
