2019 To Annihilate Terrorism,extremism From The Country: Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi

The year 2019 will mark annihilation of terrorism, extremism and sectarian violence from Pakistan, said Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi, Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council while talking to media here Tuesday
Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi announced that Ulema-Mashaykh Paigham e islam Conventions will be held all over the country from January 17 adding that 4th International Message of Islam Conference will be held on March 3, 2019 at Convention Center Islamabad, in which leading Islamic scholars from Pakistan and all over Muslim world will participate. The Conference, he said is aimed to devise a cohesive mechanism on prevailing challenges of Muslim world, said Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi. He also added that Dar-ul-Afta Pakistan will start functioning in Lahore from March 2019. The people of Pakistan and Pak-Force have been rendering enormous sacrifices to annihilate menace of terrorism and extremism from Pakistan, said Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi adding that Muslim Ummah has been facing challenges all over the world and prevailing scenario of crisis could only be settled with unity of Muslim world.
Ashrafi said the foundation of Muslims' unity lies in the belief of Oneness of Allah, belief in the finality of Prophethood, loyalty with caliphs and 'Ahl e Baith' and commitment for defence and stability of Harmain Al Sharifain. Pakistan Ulema Council since its inception, has been raising voice for unity of Muslim Ummah and to contain the elements misleading the Muslim youths with baseless propaganda, said Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi.
He said that Pakistan Ulema Council is all set to host Ulema-Mashaykh Paigham e Islam Conventions all over the country in the months of January and February. He also added that 4th International Message of Islam Conference will be held on 3rd March 2019 at Convention Center Islamabad, in which 5000 leading Islamic scholars from Pakistan and all over the Muslim world are participating.
Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi also pointed out that "Paigham e Pakistan" draft is an unanimous narrative being issued with the consent of all the religious schools of thought of Pakistan and government should initiate consultative process for proper legislation of this draft. He also said that Pakistan Ulema Council will endorse the ruling government on positive and Islamic undertakings of the government, adding that the government should keep check on mounting inflation in the country. He also stated that ruling government is playing very effective role to strengthen ties with brother Islamic countries and news regarding visit of Saudi Crown Prince Amir Muhammad bin Salman to Pakistan is very pleasing and satisfactory for the people of Pakistan. He said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is going to make historic investment in Pakistan, which proved that Saudi Arabia has always supported Pakistan in every thick and thin. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE have been endorsing Pakistan's stance on Afghanistan issue, said Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi adding that responsibility also rests on the shoulders of Afghan regime to contain the elements accomplice in making terrorists' activities inside Pakistan.
While denouncing growing incidents of violence in Kashmir, Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi urged on world leadership to take action against brutalities of Indian armed forces on the people of Kashmir. He also urged on political leadership of the country not to use immoral and uncivilized language for one another.
On this occasion, key office bearers of Pakistan Ulema Council including Maulana Abdul Hameed Watto, Maulana Nauman Hashir, Maulana Tahir Aqeel, Maulana Mumtaz Rabbani, Maulana Ilyas Muslim and Maulana Ashfaq Patafi were also present.
