Education Key To Socio-economic Development: Advisor To Chief Minister Balochistan Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri

Advisor to Chief Minister Balochistan on education Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri on Tuesday said Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) government was making all out efforts to bring a positive and progressive change in the life of Baloch people
Talking to media persons at his office here, he said that education was necessary for all and it was the top priority of the government to make strenuous efforts for the provision of education to every doorstep.
Haji Muhammad said that education is the basic right of every child and was the key to socio-economic development of a country.
Over the past four months, the incumbent government has worked hard and has come up to the expectations of the people of Balochistan, he added.
He said that all provincial ministers were unite at one platform and utilizing all available resources for the welfare of the general public.
He said that BAP's main focus is to bring new legislation in the House which would be in the better interest of the marginalized societies of the province.
Haji said that educational reforms would be introduced in the province to depoliticize educational institutions for ensuring quality education.
He emphasized teachers,parents, and civil society members and media representatives to play their role in promoting government policies for bringing better and effective educational reforms.
"The government achieved a lot for improving performance of the educational institutions in last four months", he added.
Advisor to CM was of the opinion that students even could not understand their curriculum properly which they were studying in the present education system. He stressed the need to adopt modern techniques, use of internet, changing educational curriculum and system gradually for resolving issues of education.
He said the recruitment process for appointing teaching and non-teaching staff on vacant positions in education department would be completed soon.
All schools across the province will be provided basic facilities, he added.
He stressed the need of reforms in all the governmental departments to overcome unnecessary expenses.
