Sindh Food Authority Issues Notices To Over 40 Food Outlets

The Sindh Food Authority (SFA) Deputy Director Imtiaz Abro has informed that more than 40 food points, hotels and dairy shops have been issued improvement notices under section 20 of Sindh Food Authority Act, 2016

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jan, 2019 ) :The Sindh Food Authority (SFA) Deputy Director Imtiaz Abro has informed that more than 40 food points, hotels and dairy shops have been issued improvement notices under section 20 of Sindh Food Authority Act, 2016.

He told here Friday that the eateries and dairies in Hyderabad and Jamshoro districts had been issued the notices to meet the standards of hygiene and quality to avoid punitive actions.

He said the teams of SFA were continuing their raids on the outlets providing substandard edible and drinkable items and in that regard a dairy in Jamshoro district was sealed and fined on Friday.

According to him, in the ongoing week more than 100 outlets had been given the improvement notices.
