Berlin is cooperating with the UK authorities on maintaining air communication between Germany and the United Kingdom in case of a no-deal Brexit, a representative of the German Transport Ministry said on Monday.
BERLIN (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 07th January, 2019) Berlin is cooperating with the UK authorities on maintaining air communication between Germany and the United Kingdom in case of a no-deal Brexit, a representative of the German Transport Ministry said on Monday."The German government is interested in very close partnership with the United Kingdom on air communication and is cooperating actively with it," the representative said at a briefing.
While the United Kingdom is set to withdraw from the European Union by late March, a no-deal Brexit remains highly possible due to disagreements on the final Brexit deal between the UK government and the parliament.
