BEIJING (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 03rd January, 2019) China successfully landed its Chang'e-4 probe on the far side of the Moon for the first time in human history on Thursday, local media reported.
The mission landed on the far side of the moon at 10:26 a.m. Beijing time (02:26 GMT), the state-run China Central Television (CCTV) broadcaster reported.
The probe was launched from the Xichang space center, located in China's southwestern Sichuan province, on December 7.
