DG Sports Punjab Vows To Promote Hockey

Director General Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar on Wednesday vowed to put up solid efforts for promotion of hockey in province.
He said while speaking at the prize distribution ceremony of Rana Zaheer Hockey academy tournament at Pitch-2 hockey ground on here.
Director General Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar, Director Special Initiative Anees Sheikh and Deputy Director Shahid Nizami. Hockey Academy head Rana Zaheer were also present on this occasion. Rana Zaheer Hockey Academy also donated hockey balls to Sports board Punjab.
Nadeem Sarwar distributed track suits among the prominent performers of the tournament. He also witnessed exhibition hockey match and lauded the game and skills of players.
He also appreciated the efforts of Rana Zaheer Hockey Academyfor the promotion of hockey.
