The Estonian Parliament approved amendments to the Criminal Code on Tuesday designating the fomenting of negative attitude toward the state as an offense, local media reported.
TALLINN (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 25th December, 2018) The Estonian Parliament approved amendments to the Criminal Code on Tuesday designating the fomenting of negative attitude toward the state as an offense, local media reported.According to the EER tv and radio broadcaster, the parliament has also voted in favor of amendments clarifying the element of a crime against security, independence and territorial integrity of Estonia.
The Estonian authorities have designated foreign intelligence activities and support for such actions as a separate crime in order to avoid legal loopholes, the media outlet reported.
