Section 144 has been imposed in the Federal capital of Pakistan for two months.
ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News - 27th Oct, 2016) : According to the details, Government has imposed Section 144 in Islamabad for 60 days, a week before Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s lock-down plan. As section 144 bars holding of protest rallies and political gatherings in the area, it is possible that the decision was made to hinder with the plans of PTI.
