Gold prices sky rise in country to Rs 67,800 per tola

The price of gold has been increased by $10 per ounce in the international gold market.

Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 19th December, 2018) The prices of gold have sky rocketed in Pakistan.

According to details, the price of gold has been increased by $10 per ounce in the international gold market.

This has caused a rise in the local prices of gold with an increase of Rs 1450. Following the increase, the gold prices have reached a historic high of Rs 67,800 per tola.

According to All Pakistan Sarafa and Jewellers Association, the price of gold was increased by $10 per ounce in the international gold market on Tuesday taking it to $1250 per ounce from $1240 per ounce.

Following this, the gold rates in the Sarafa markets of Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot and Islamabad were increased by Rs 850 and then by Rs 600 in the same day. This increased the per tola price of gold in Pakistan by Rs 1450.

The 24k 10g gold is being sold for Rs 58,128, 24k per tola for Rs 67,800 and 22k 10g for Rs 53,284.
