Chief Justice Lahore High Court Visits Bahawalpur Bench, Addresses High Court Bar

Chief Justice (CJ) Lahore High Court (LHC), Justice Muhammad Anwaar-ul-Haq, visited LHC Bahawalpur Bench here on Monday.

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Dec, 2018 ) :Chief Justice (CJ) Lahore High Court (LHC), Justice Muhammad Anwaar-ul-Haq, visited LHC Bahawalpur Bench here on Monday.

He was presented Guard of Honor by a smart contingent of Police.

On arrival he was received by Justice Aatir Mehmood, Justice Ch Muhammad Iqbal, Justice Asjad Javed Kharal and Justice Ch Abdul Aziz.

Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Muhammad Anwaar-ul-Haq planted a sapling in the lawn of LHC Bahawalpur Bench.

Later, while addressing High Court Bar Bahawalpur, Chief Justice LHC said that Bar and Bench have respect for each other and both work as two wheels of a vehicle.

He said that bar happened to be the larger wheel since there are more than 130,000 registered lawyers in Punjab.

He said that throughout his career as a lawyer he never had any differences in the verdicts of judges.

He expressed hope with young lawyers and urged them to work hard.

He said that for 10 years he had worked under the apprenticeship of senior lawyers and still consider them as teachers.

He added that young lawyers should show respect to seniors. He said that problems of Bar would be resolved on priority.
