Shimza, Sara Mansoor, Unshna, Sara Mahboob Move To Semifinals Of Begum Kulsum Tourney

Shimza Naz, Sara Mansoor, Ushna Sohail and Sara Mahboob advanced to semifinals of ladies' singles event of Begum Kulsum Saifullah Khan National Ranking Tennis Tournament-2018 after beating their respective opponents in the quarterfinals here at PTF Complex on Thursday.
Shimza beat Khunsha Baber 6-3, 7-5, while Sara Mansoor defeated Hania Navid 6-2, 6-2. Ushna Sohail thrashed Meheq Khokhar 6-2, 6-2 and Sarah Mahboob overwhelmed Sheeza Sajid 6-0, 6-0.
Following are the results of other categories: Boys Singles U-18 (Quarterfinal): M.Shoaib beat Osama Khan:6-1,6-0;Musa Ch beat Hasam Khan:5-7,6-4,6-2;Sami Zeb beat Ahmed asjad:2-6,6-1,6-2;Subhan Bin Salik beat Rayan Jawad:4-6,6-2,6-2 Boys Singles U-14 (Quarterfinal): Kashan Umar beat Hamza Roman:6-4,6-0;Uzair Khan beat Huzaima Abdul Rehman:3-6,6-2,6-3;Sami Zeb beat M.Huzaifa Khan:6-1,6-0;Abdul Hanan beat Talha Khan:6-0,6-4.
Meanwhile, eight matches were played in the men's singles and men's doubles category on fifth day of Begum Kulsum Saifullah Khan ITF Men's Pro-Circuit Futures (F-2) Tennis Tournament.
Following are the results: Men's Singles Category (Quarterfinal) Cheong-Eui Kim (KOR) [1] beat Alexis Canter (GBR) [6]: 7-6(5) 6-2; Sora Fukuda (JPN) [3] beat Darko Jandric (SRB): 3-6 6-3 6-3 ; Kai Wehnelt (GER) [4] beat Lorenzo Bocchi (ITA) [5]: 6-1 6-2; Rio Noguchi (JPN) [2] beat Hamidreza Nadaf (IRI) [7]; 6-3 6-2.
Men's Doubles Category (Quarterfinal) Anton Chekhov (RUS) / Kai Wehnelt (GER) [1] beat Muhammad Abid (PAK) / Mohammed Wagas Malik (CAN): 6-2 6-4; Sora Fukuda (JPN) / Rio Noguchi (JPN) [4]beat Dmitry Myagkov (RUS) / Saida'lo Saidkarimov (UZB): 6-3 6-4 ; Darko Jandric (SRB) / Cheong-Eui Kim (KOR) [3] beat Ahmed Choudhary (PAK) / Niklas Johansson (SWE): 6-3 6-2; Mohammad Abid Ali Khan Akbar (PAK) / Shamael Chaudhry (GBR) beat Joe Cooper (GBR) / Matt Seeberger (USA):6-26-4 .
