IGP Punjab Inaugurates Renovation Of Mess At Police Lines

Inspector General of Police Punjab Amjad Javed Saleemi on Thursday said the process of upgradation and beautification of the Police Lines for provision of healthy environment to force was under way.
He said this while inaugurating renovation of the mess and residential rooms at Qurban Lines here.
"The welfare and health of the force is our top priority as it can guarantee to have professional fighters who remain alert round-the-clock to eliminate crimes and protect life and property of people," he added.
The IGP directed the officers of Qurban Lines to pay special attention to the welfare of the force who perform their duties 24/7.
Additional IGP Welfare & Finance Rao Sardar briefed the IGP that funds required for beautification of all police lines had been provided and this process would be completed within given time.
Additional IGPs, DIGs and other senior officers were alsopresent.
