Blue Veins Launches Project For Survivors Of Gender Based Violence

Blue Veins women based non-governmental organization has launched a project in collaboration with The Asia Foundation to provide legal aid to the survivors of Gender Based Violence (GBV) across the country.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Dec, 2018 ) :Blue Veins women based non-governmental organization has launched a project in collaboration with The Asia Foundation to provide legal aid to the survivors of Gender Based Violence (GBV) across the country.
Senior Official said that a 24/7 Toll-Free Helpline and a legal aid center under this project have been established which will have a full-time helpline counselor to provide counsel ling support to victims of Gender Based Violence survivors.
He added that services offered under this project will include face-to-face and telephonic counseling, referral services, legal aid to clients, facilitating clients to access law enforcement agencies and to make court appearances in relation to the cases filed.
