'Social Organizations Role Vital In Maintaining Harmony'

A delegation of social organization, "Humans Accord Trust" Wednesday called on Vice Chairperson Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Waseem Akhtar and apprised him about the objectives of their organization, specially about Global Peace March which will be held in Lahore.

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Dec, 2018 ) :A delegation of social organization, "Humans Accord Trust" Wednesday called on Vice Chairperson Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Waseem Akhtar and apprised him about the objectives of their organization, specially about Global Peace March which will be held in Lahore.

Waseem Akhtar while speaking on the occasion said that social organizations could play a vital role in maintaining harmony, love and affection in the society.

Their role in societal development was really important and a positive change could be introduced through volunteers associated with social organization, he added.

Chairman Kaleem Shehryar, Chief Coordinator Javed Akhtar, executive members Amir Khalil, Zaheer Ahmed and Riaz Ahmed were members of the delegation.
