Campaign Against Price Hike Of Essential Commodities Continues Successfully

On the directives of Punjab Government, the campaign against price hike of essential commodities was continuing successfully in the division.
District Officer (Industries) Syed Pervez Faheem imposed Rs 54,600 fine during the month of November.
During checking he monitored 419 shops and 57 shops owners were selling items on higher rates.
The district officer said that the campaign would be continued in true letter and spirit.
He also warned the traders to avoid illegal profit taking and directed them to ensure selling of edible items on prescribedrates to consumers.
