The Kherson appeal court, having considered a defense appeal against the extension of RIA Novosti Ukraine portal head Kirill Vyshinsky's arrest, remanded him in custody, a defense representative told Sputnik on Tuesday.
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th December, 2018) The Kherson appeal court, having considered a defense appeal against the extension of RIA Novosti Ukraine portal head Kirill Vyshinsky's arrest, remanded him in custody, a defense representative told Sputnik on Tuesday."The appeal was not upheld," lawyer Andriy Domansky said.
In November, the Kherson city court extended the arrest of Vyshinsky until December 28. Vyshinsky is in the Kherson detention center.
