Anti-Corruption Establishment Committee Larkana Decides Legal Action Against Corrupt Officials

The Divisional Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) Committee No. II, Larkana Division, Tuesday decided to register cases and initiate departmental action against the officials of Revenue, Finance, Local government, SMBBMU Larkana, Education, Health and other departments on the charges of corruption.
Some 42 cases were considered by the anti-corruption committee in a meeting chaired by Commissioner Larkana Division Rafique Ahmed Buriro, here. Out of those cases, 34 were found liable to register four cases against each.
The meeting discussed applications against Revenue, Finance, Local government, SMBBMU Larkana, Education, Health and other departments.
Serious misappropriations were found in Revenue, Finance and Local Government departments.
Commissioner Larkana directed the officials of Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) to gear up their efforts and after completing the legal formalities, arrest the accused persons.
Deputy Director Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) Larkana Division Altaf Hussain Leghari said that the approval was given by the committee to register cases against three corrupt officials of these department and cases to submit with the court of a special anti-corruption judge Larkana.
He said that more cases were under enquiry and on the completion of enquiries cases would be registered against the culprits.
The meeting was attended among others by Deputy Commissioner Kamber-Shahdadkot Javeed Ahmed Jagirani, Additional Commissioner-I Larkana Sultan Ahmed Khoso, Additional Commissioner-II Rana Adil, Deputy Director Anti-Corruption Eatablishment (ACE) Larkana DivisionJaweed Ahmed Halepoto, Principal CMC Larkana, officers of various departments.
