Minister for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Works and Communication department, Akbar Ayub Khan on Tuesday directed officials of the Communication department to introduce file tracking system to facilitate people.

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Dec, 2018 ) :Minister for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Works and Communication department, Akbar Ayub Khan on Tuesday directed officials of the Communication department to introduce file tracking system to facilitate people.

In a surprise visit to C&W department, he directed all employees to ensure their presence in office on time and adopt culture of serving people.

He directed to install CCTV cameras owing to security reason and taking special arrangements for cleanliness of offices.

Akbar Ayub said that delay in construction work would not be tolerated, directing officials to make sure completion of public welfareprojects in time.

He directed to implement all his orders within 15 days and report to his office.
