There is no need for this. Moreover, I do not see any reasons or conditions that could prompt changes to the fundamental articles of the constitution even in the long run," Matviyenko said as broadcast by Rossiya 24 television channel.
On Wednesday, Russia will be celebrating Constitution Day to commemorate the 25th anniversary since the adoption of the fundamental document.
