MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th December, 2018) At least four people were killed in a bomb blast on the outskirts of the Afghan capital on Tuesday, Afghan media reported, citing local authorities.
The incident took place in the Paghman district, located in the western part of Kabul, according to the 1TV broadcaster.
Afghan Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish said the attack targeted a car carrying Afghan servicemen. The TOLOnews broadcaster reported citing the spokesman that four Afghan security forces were killed in the attack.
Afghanistan has long been suffering from political, social and security-related instability due to simmering insurgency, including that of the Taliban movement and the Islamic State terrorist group (outlawed in Russia).
