Youth kills sister in Faisalabad

A youth shot his sister dead for contracting love marriage, in the jurisdiction of Nishatabad police station on Monday.

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Dec, 2018 ) :A youth shot his sister dead for contracting love marriage, in the jurisdiction of Nishatabad police station on Monday.

Police said that 19-year-old Kainat Bibi resident of Chak No.

50 Sithiala contracted a love marriage with a youth of the same locality against the consent of her bother Waseem.

In a fit of rage, Waseen opened fire at Kainat Bibi when she visited the house of her parents. She died on the spot.

The accused fled the scene.

The police took the body into custody and started investigation.
