YFK Protests Against Human Rights Violations In Held Kashmir

The Youth Forum for Kashmir (YFK) organised a protest demonstration against human rights violations in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
A large number of people participated in the demonstration, which started from the Punjab Assembly and culminated at Lahore Press Club on Monday.
The participants were carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans in favour of Kashmir struggle. Chanting slogans against human rights violations by Indian forces in the held valley, they urged the world community and human rights defenders to listen to the voices of Kashmiris.
Speaking on the occasion, Coordinator YFK Tariq Ahsan Ghauri said that the world community should not become a silent spectator on extra-judicial killings and other human rights violations in held Kashmir.
He said that Dec 10 reminds the United Nations and other world powers of their responsibilities towards Kashmiris.
He said that Kashmiries demand their right to self-determination as per the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.
Other speakers also highlighted various aspects of Kashmir struggle.
They said that civilised world should come ahead and play role for resolving the Kashmir issue.
