Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Inspects Under Construction Ring Road

Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Shozab Saeed visited the site of under construction Additional Ring Road Monday.

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Dec, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Shozab Saeed visited the site of under construction Additional Ring Road Monday.

He inspected the construction work. Executive Engineer Highways Farrukh Mumtaz Warraich and Deputy Director Planning Asmatullah briefed Deputy Commissioner about the progress of construction work.

Deputy Commissioner was briefed that the additional Ring Road is being constructed from Bahawalpur Railway Station to BINO Hospital via Bindra Pulli, Dewanwali Pulli, Saddar Pulli, and Kali Pulli. The total length of the road is 10.50 kilometers and will cost more than Rs 1.05 billion. Deputy Commissioner was further briefed that construction of the road from Bindra Pulli to Dewanwali Pulli has been completed. Deputy Commissioner directed concerned officers to ensure timely completion of the roadso that people can benefit from it and traffic-related problems of the city are mitigated.
