Labour Leader Says UK Gov't in 'Disarray' After Announcement of Brexit Deal Vote Delay

Jeremy Corbyn, the leader of the main UK opposition party, Labour, said Monday the UK government was in disarray and out of control after Prime Minister Theresa May said she was delaying the parliament vote on the Brexit deal.

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 10th December, 2018) Jeremy Corbyn, the leader of the main UK opposition party, Labour, said Monday the UK government was in disarray and out of control after Prime Minister Theresa May said she was delaying the parliament vote on the Brexit deal.

"The government has lost control of the events and is in complete disarray. It's been evident for weeks that the prime minister's deal did not have the confidence of this house, yet she ploughed on regardless," Corbyn said.

Corbyn added that if May could not renegotiate the Brexit deal, she had to "make way" for those who can.
