Chinese Chess Championship To Take Place In Vietnam

The Asian Youth Xiangqi (Chinese chess) Championship Vietnam Open will be held in northern Ha Long city on Dec. 15-20, with the participation of 98 players from China, Singapore and Vietnam, according to the Vietnam Xiangqi Federation on Monday.

HANOI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Dec, 2018 ) :The Asian Youth Xiangqi (Chinese chess) Championship Vietnam Open will be held in northern Ha Long city on Dec. 15-20, with the participation of 98 players from China, Singapore and Vietnam, according to the Vietnam Xiangqi Federation on Monday.

The players will compete in four individual and team categories in seven age groups at the six-day tournament in Ha Long, northern Quang Ninh province.

The championship's favorites include Huang Xiaohang and Zhou Boliang from China; and Dinh Tran Thanh Lam and Dao Thi Thuy Tien from Vietnam.
