Karachi (Pakistan Point News – 10th December, 2018) Upcoming Pakistani movie The Legend of Maula Jatt has become the first film from the subcontinent to be screened in China on the same day of its worldwide release.

Till date, a few Hollywood movies (such as Spider Man 2, Captain America, X Men and Jurassic World) have been able to score a Chinese theatrical release overlapping with US domestic and worldwide release.
However, The Legend of Maula Jatt has got the honour to be released in China on Eid-ul-Fitr next year.
The title of much anticipated upcoming Pakistani movie Maula Jatt has also been revealed.
The ‘Legend of Maula Jatt’ will be released worldwide on Eid-ul-Fitr, 2019.
Fawad Khan is playing Maula Jatt in the movie while Hamza Ali Abbasi will be seen in the role of Noori Nath.
The film was earlier being referred to as Maula Jatt 2; however, the movie has been named ‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’.
The action drama film, The Legend of Maula Jatt, is directed and written by Bilal Lashari and co-produced by Ammara Hikmat and Asad Jamil Khan under production banner of Encyclomedia PR.
Besides Fawad Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi, other star cast includes Mahira Khan, Humaima Malik, Babar Ali, Resham and Gohar Rasheed.
