Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis (SAPM) Syed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari here Saturday expressed his resolve to bring structural changes in Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) schools system to provide maximum education facilities to the children of Pakistani diaspora working abroad.
