Health Dept Taking Measures To Facilitate Masses: DHO

District Health Officer (DHO), Kurshid Ahmed on Friday said the health department was taking effective measures to provide best health facilities to the masses.

ASTORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Dec, 2018 ) :District Health Officer (DHO), Kurshid Ahmed on Friday said the health department was taking effective measures to provide best health facilities to the masses.

" The health department of Astore is utilizing all available resources to facilitate the people as per directives of the provincial government," the DHO told media men.

He said there was no shortage of medicines in any of the dispensary and enough stock had been supplied to the far-flung areas.

The District Headquarters hospital had also adequate staff especially Gynaecologist lady doctor who had been efficiently rendering her services, he said.

The directives had been issued to hospitals to maintain standard hygienic condition and keep the environment clean besides urging staff to deal patients politely, he reiterated.
