Police Arrest Three Suspects Involved In Liquor Selling

The city police on Thursday arrested three suspects involved in liquor selling in a village area in suburb of Bahawalpur city.

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Dec, 2018 ) :The city police on Thursday arrested three suspects involved in liquor selling in a village area in suburb of Bahawalpur city.

According to spokesman, the Sadr Police team conducted a raid in a house on information and seized a liquor factory established in Basti Salaan.

The police spokesman said that acting on a tip-off, a police party raided the den and arrested the suspects.

"A police party headed by Station House Officer, Saddar Police, Aaamir Hussain Ghauri conducted raid at a house used as liquor factory in Basti Salaan," he said, adding that the police arrested three accused besides recovering the material.

The police shifted the accused to SaddarPolice Station and lodged an FIR against them. Further probe was underway.
