MEXICO CITY (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 04th December, 2018) Venezuela and Turkey have agreed to cooperate in defense, mining and oil production, media reported on Monday.
According to the VTV broadcaster, the cooperation agreements were signed at the bilateral business forum in Caracas.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro conferred the country's highest distinction, the Order of the Liberator, on his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan during the event, the media added.
