Blast in Indian ammunition depot claims 6 lives

New Delhi (Pakistan Point News – 20th November, 2018) A blast was reported at the Central Ammunition Depot (CAD) near Indian district of Maharashtra's Wardha early Tuesday morning.

At least six people were killed in the blast while three others are critically injured.

Indian media reported that the blast occurred while unloading ammunition of 23mm at the demolition ground at the CAD, Pulgaon.

The demolition ground was given to Ordnance Factory, Khamaria for their demolition activities. The blast occurred during the disposal process.

Three people were declared dead at the spot. The injured were rushed to the nearest hospital. The deceased include an ammunition factory employee and three labourers.
