The United States has added a Russia-born individual Vladlen Amtchentsev on its North Korea sanctions list, the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) said in a statement on Monday.
WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 19th November, 2018) The United States has added a Russia-born individual Vladlen Amtchentsev on its North Korea sanctions list, the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) said in a statement on Monday."The following individuals have been added to OFAC's SDN List: Amtchentsev Vladlen," the statement said.
Amtchentsev was born in the Russian city of Klimovsk and is a citizen of South Africa who currently resides in Singapore, the Treasury Department said.
Amtchentsev is linked to the Velmur Management PTE Ltd. company that has been sanctioned since 2017, according to the Treasury Department.
