"Relations between the Russian Federation and the United States until recently dropped to the lowest level, were actually not supported, only individual issues were discussed by the foreign policy departments. Now the dialogue has started, this is very good," Patrushev told reporters.
"The dialogue started on many areas, each side defends its interests, the other side should hear the concerns that exist. Time will tell whether there is progress and in what direction. It is too early to say," he said.
