ABU DHABI, (Pakistan Point News - 01st Nov, 2018) Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, stressed that "Flag Day" is a national occasion that reflects the unity between the wise leadership and the Emirati people, and expresses the values of unity, loyalty and solidarity among the nation’s citizens.
She added that the occasion has acquired greater importance, as it coincides with the accession to power of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and is an opportunity to renew loyalty to the country and the leadership and the values of the Union, whose foundations were established by the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and his brothers, the founding fathers.
"Our flag represents our ambitions, strength, unity and hope in shaping a better future for future generations. There is nothing better than raising the flag around our country, because it is our pride, and we all share its love," Al Kaabi said in conclusion.
