Cricket Team Of Islamabad Police Win Contest

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Oct, 2018 ) :Islamabad police cricket team defeated Young Capital Cricket Club in a friendly contest by 8 wickets.
Match was played at newly developed `Awan Cricket Ground' in Police Head Quarters Islamabad.
Bating first, Young Capital Cricket Club scored 165 in allotted 25 overs.
Asad Shah remained main scorer with 37 runs while Shahid Siddique from Islamabad Police took five wickets for 27 runs while Tahir Raja and Ayub Awan took three and two wickets respectively.
Muneeb performed brilliantly behind the stumps. He stumped three batsmen of opponent team and took two catches as well.
ICT police chased the target in 23rd over and its batsman Faisal scored 80 while Shehryar scored 40 runs. Muneeb was declared as man of the match.
