Escapee Re-arrested After 11 Years In Faisalabad

The police have claimed to re-arrest an accused escaped from the police custody about 11 years ago.
FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Oct, 2018 ) :The police have claimed to re-arrest an accused escaped from the police custody about 11 years ago.
A Police spokesman said here Saturday that Aslam of Chak No 38-JB had killed a woman over a minor dispute in 2007 and, later on, the police arrested the accused.
The police brought the accused to District Katchery Faisalabad for hearing of the case from where he managed to escape from police custody. The Civil Line police had registered another case against him.
After 11 years, the police on a tip-off, conducted raid in Lahore and re-arrested the accused.
