Mid-Career Management Course Sports Gala Beings

The 28th Mid-Career Management Course Sports Gala got underway here at National Institute of Management Academy Peshawar on Friday.
PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Oct, 2018 ) :The 28th Mid-Career Management Course sports Gala got underway here at National Institute of Management academy Peshawar on Friday.
Director General Sports KP Junaid Khan, who is currently in the Mid-Career Management Course, formally inaugurated the Sports Gala.
The Gala including Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Squash, Badminton and Cricket wherein all the participants currently under training in the Mid-Career Management Course. In the cricket match DG Sports XI defeated Peshawar White by seven wickets. Peshawar White skipper Asfandiyar won the toss and elected to bat first by setting uip 137 runs in which Ahmad Zaib (35), Asfandiyar (33), Zakir (28) and Kamran (25) were the key contributors.
DG Sports XI Junaid Khan bowled well and grabbed four wickets. Sardar Asad Haroon, Farhat Ullah Marwat, and Ghulam Saeed got two wickets each.
In reply, DG Sports XI won the match by seven wickets which a stunning batting by Junaid Khan who scored elegant 80 runs including four sixes and three boundaries.
Asad Haroon and Adnan Khan got two wickets each. Akhtar Gul and Irfan got one wicket each. The matches of the Table Tenis, Badminton, Squash also continued.
