Punjab Food Authority teams sealed three chili grinding units on adulteration and two pan shops in city and suburbs on Thursday.
FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Oct, 2018 ) :Punjab Food Authority teams sealed three chili grinding units on adulteration and two pan shops in city and suburbs on Thursday.
The teams supervised by Additional Director General (operations) Rafia Hayder also imposed fine Rs 36,500 and served notices on several other violators including food points, bakers, hotels, production units, restaurants, and merchant shops, said official sources.
The chili units located in grain market were sealed on adulteration of textile colors and other substandard ingredients injurious to health in red chili and turmeric.
Similarly, Afghan traders and Fayyaz Naeem pan shops in Sunehry market, Chiniot Bazaar were sealed on selling Gutka and Sheesha flavours.
