MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 17th October, 2018) The death toll in the college in Crimea's Kerch has risen to 13, the Russian Investigative Committee said Wednesday.
Earlier in the day, the Russian National Anti-terrorism Committee (NAC) said an unidentified explosive device was detonated in Kerch, killing 10 people and leaving 50 wounded. Russia's Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code (terrorism).
"At the moment, there is information that 13 were killed and about 50 wounded, most of them teenagers. The information about those injured is being specified," Investigative Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko said.
