Anti Terrorism Court Adjourns F-8 Courts Attack Case Till October 25 In Islamabad

An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad on Tuesday adjourned the case pertaining to a terrorist attack on the District Courts F-8, in which judge Rafaqat Hussain, lawyers and citizens were killed, till October 25.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Oct, 2018 ) :An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad on Tuesday adjourned the case pertaining to a terrorist attack on the District Courts F-8, in which judge Rafaqat Hussain, lawyers and citizens were killed, till October 25.
The case is under trial in the ATC since 2014.
The court had already released security guard Babar Hussain, who had confessed that the said judge was accidentally killed by the fire of his 9mm pistol during the terrorist attack.
ATC Judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi adjourned the hearing due to unavailability of the accused's counsel for cross-examination of the witnesses. Five accused had been indicted in the case.
